I, Riya, do not own Mars/Eskara/Scarface or any other characters mentioned from Ultimate Muscle/Kinnikuman or anything from the series itself. They all belong to to the creator, Yudetamago, which happen to be the pen name of Yoshinori Nakai and Takashi Shimada. And it is also copyrighted to 4Kids, Bandai, and Toei Animation and all of the afflictions associated with it as well.
However, the
fan art or anything fan made are the property of the artists who made it. If I somehow find out that you stole
anything, let it be a fan art, fan fiction, anything especially fanarts -
you will be beaten up with every single weapon I can think of and then run over
you with a warthog. I am dead serious, I do NOT tolerate art theft. At all.
If
you find something that looks like it does not belong there, doesn't seem right,
was not properly credited (shouldn't be an issue, I credit all sources for
whatever anyway...), something that needs to be removed as soon as
possible, or whatever it is that concerns you, then you are more than welcomed
to contact me and I will take care of it.
And lastly, I do not earn any
profit or anything like that, this site is just a fun harmless fansite
